Please download the Mod Manager only from my official website (https://gametimedev.de/S4MM/). All other download sources are NOT provided by me.
¶ Downloading the Mod Manager
- Open my website (https://gametimedev.de/S4MM/) with any browser of your choosing and click on
Download the Mod Manager.
- Now select the right version according to your operating system.
Not sure which MacOs version is right for your Mac?

- Click on
Downloadfor the desired version. The download should now start automatically. If not, click onhere.
- Done
¶ Installation
The Mod Manager is installed like a normal program. In the following I will explain the individual steps for the installation on Mac & Windows computers.
This might also be of interest when you have finished the installation:
¶ Windows
- Unpack the setup file from the downloaded zip file. (You can use Windows Explorer or programs such as WinRar or 7-Zip to do this)
- An installation wizard should have opened. You can now select whether the Mod Manager should only be installed for the current user or all users on the PC. Click on
Next.
- Now you can select the installation directory. If you don't have a special programm structure on your PC, I recommend leaving it as is (default). Click on "Next" to continue.
- Wait for the program to be installed.
- Click on "Finish" to complete the installation.
¶ MacOs
- Click/Open the the downloaded DMG file.
- Drag the
Sims 4 Mod Managerinto yourApplicationsfolder.
- Wait for the files to be transferd
- The Mod Manager is now installed.
- Eject the setup and delete the DMG files, since its no longer needed.
- Open the Mod Manager from your Application folder or Launchpad.
- In case such a security message like this appears, click on
Open.
This message is only displayed on the first start after installation.
